We all know that in old city, Lord Ganesha festival is celebrated in a grand way. In each and every street you can find 2 to 3 Lord Ganesha statue during this Vinayaka Chaturthi. You can able to find hundreds and thousands of varieties in this Ganesh statue. One of the biggest and tallest ganesh statue is located at Khairatabad. Every year the Khairatabad statue is the centre of attraction in old city Hyderabad. Even in this year 2011, Ganapathi Utsav committee has raised the Ganesh statue in a superb way.
In this year 2011, Khairatabad Ganesh is going to be a memorable statue in everyone's heart. Khairatabad Ganesha statue height is going to be 50 feet. Previously in 2010, Khairatabad Ganesh was established at the height of 40 feet. The Ganesha Murti in 2011 is flanked by Anandapadmanabha Temple in Trivandrum and Rajarajeswara Swamy.
